Our dedication to upholding the highest standards in compliance is not only essential for meeting regulatory requirements but also a reflection of our core values—integrity, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Our Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct provides all of us with a framework for how we must operate as an organization and how we must behave as individual employees in order to remain compliant and behave ethically. The Code is in alignment with both our MedScope mission and core values to follow the highest ethical, business and legal standards. By aligning our practices with Federal and State laws and regulations that apply to all MedScope employees, regardless of position, department and status. I ask that you please take the time to carefully review this Code of Conduct. 

Compliance

The MedScope Compliance team leads our organization’s comprehensive Compliance Program. However, ensuring we’re compliant as an organization rests with each of you. By adhering closely to the MedScope Code of Conduct, whatever your role is or wherever you may be working from, you’re protecting our entire organization from potential missteps and contributing directly to MedScope’s ongoing success in providing an excellent quality of care to our members.  

Commitment to Excellence

We understand that compliance is not a static goal but a continuous journey that requires vigilance, dedication, and collaboration. MedScope has an “open door policy” regarding our Code of Conduct. Team members can contact senior management, their direct supervisor, or anyone in the Compliance Department at any time, should you have questions about the Code or concerns about possible violations. Team members can also submit concerns about compliance issues via gsdcompliance@medscope.org.
